Coating Thickness Gauges

The coating thickness gages offered by PortableTesters.com LLC are characterized by three different measuring technologies: magnetic induction, eddy current and ultrasonic. Consequently, any non-magnetic coating on ferrous substrates, any insulating coating on non-ferrous conductable substrate or insulating coatings on metals and non-metals.

Two coating thickness gage series are presented: PosiTector 6000 and Positector 200.

Description
PosiTector 200  Series Ultrasonic Coating Thickness Gages
These versatile gages were espcially designed for non-destructive coating thickness measurement of paint, varnish, plastics and other insulation coatings applied on wood, plastics, glass, ceramics etc. as well as for polymer layers on metals. As a special feature, the advanced model offers the ability to measure the total thickness as well as the individual layers of a multi-layer system in only one measuring process.  [Details >]
PosiTector 6000 Series Coating Thickness Gages
These compact, practical hand held gages are designed for fast and precise measurement of non-magnetic coatings (paint, enamels, chrome, zinc etc.) over ferrous metals and insulating coatings (anodizing, paint, ceramics etc.) over non-ferrous metals. The body design makes them especially well suited for field and shop floor use[Details>]
